Job summary

ADIB Group in Dubai is seeking a Customer Support Specialist at the Nad Al Sheba branch to assist customers with banking needs and uphold the bank's professional image.

You will handle customer instructions across channels, respond to walk-ins, and perform admin duties while delivering documents like cheque books and cards. Strong UAE banking knowledge and good computer skills are expected for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with ADIB Retail & Institutional products is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and risks is desirable.
• Knowledge of Central Bank requirements enhances suitability.

Responsibilities

• Executing distribution recording of customer instructions from mail, fax and other channels.
• Handling general walk-in inquiries and directing customers to the appropriate service areas.
• General administrative tasks such as preparing memos, letters and filing.
• Delivery of cheque books and ATM cards to customers.
• Handling and delivering captured card issues on account of customers.
• Delivery of covered cards to customers and returned cheques.
• Perform other responsibilities entrusted by Branch management as needed.

Role : Customer Support Specialist

Location : BR-Nad Al Sheba Branch

Role Purpose:

To assist customers in their banking requirements by delivering high quality service while projecting ADIBs professional image in all interpersonal dealings.

Key Accountabilities of the role

Maintaining a high level of service attitude towards customers.

• Executing distribution recording of customer instructions from various channels e.g. incoming mail fax etc.


• Handling general walk in inquiries in a pleasant manner regarding ADIBs products & services and directing the customers to the respective service areas.


• General administrative work which may include preparation of memos customer letters filing etc.


• Delivery of cheque books and ATM cards to customers


• Handling and delivering captured card issues on account of customers


• Delivery of covered cards to customers


• Delivery of returned cheques to customers

Perform any other responsibilities entrusted by Branch management from time to time

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• knowledge of ADIBs Retail & institutional Banking products & services
