Job summary

Wesco International in Dubai seeks an Associate Representative - Customer Service to respond to inquiries by phone, email, or walk-ins and resolve issues while ensuring high service levels. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person to resolve issues.
• Handle complaints, special orders, or returns in-store or by phone/mail.
• Obtain information to assess complaint validity and causes.
• Process orders and provide pricing changes, service updates, and shipping info.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales teams as needed.
