Job summary

Incognia is seeking a Fraud Prevention Consultant to help customers maximize value from our platform. You will monitor usage, coordinate improvements, resolve technical issues, and support the sales team in upsell opportunities.

In this role you will engage with senior stakeholders, manage a portfolio of accounts across industries, track KPIs, and propose process enhancements to scale our operations while staying ahead of fraud trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology fields.
• 3+ years of experience with authentication, biometrics, anti-fraud, or digital identity solutions.
• SaaS B2B experience preferred.
• Experience managing medium/large accounts.
• Data analysis and SQL skills; KPI definition and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in strategy meetings to maximize value.
• Build relationships with key decision makers across multiple customers.
• Manage a portfolio of Incognia accounts to combat diverse fraud types.
• Monitor usage and performance metrics.
• Propose improvements based on our solutions.
• Coordinate internal improvements impacting customers.
• Participate in industry events to expand knowledge.
