Job summary

Huhtamaki in Dubai seeks an Order Processing Coordinator to convert purchase orders into sales orders, track progress, and ensure timely confirmations. You will support on-time manufacturing and delivery in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with the commercial team and customers.

The role focuses on ERP-driven order execution, data accuracy, and transparent communication to maintain reliable service levels for food packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Experience processing purchase orders and converting them to sales orders.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Oracle.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to draft and maintain SOPs for logistics processes.
• Attention to data accuracy and master data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase orders, converting them into Sales Orders within Oracle.
• Issue purchase orders to the factory and follow up on confirmations and status updates.
• Track and manage orders from start to finish.
• Oversee the return process, handling customer claims and resolutions.
• Collaborate with the commercial team and customers for monthly forecasts.
• Provide regular order status reports to customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain master data for items, customers, and vendors; ensure accuracy.
• Draft and maintain SOPs to streamline delivery services.
• Communicate information effectively to clients and team members.
