Job summary

VAM Systems is seeking a Customer Service Executive for UAE operations. The role involves collecting and analyzing department requirements and preparing trend analysis reports across monitoring activities in the Customer Experience Department.

You will assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards and ensure timely submission of all required reports. The position is full-time and onsite in Abu Dhabi with a joining timeframe of 2 weeks to 1 month.

• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
