Job summary

VAM Systems in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Customer Service professional for UAE operations in a full-time on-site role. You will collect department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

You will also assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards, ensuring timely submission of required reports. The ideal candidate has excellent English, strong communication, and MS 365 expertise (Excel, Power BI).

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written skills in English.
• Must be an expert in Microsoft 365 (Excel PPT Power BI etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.
• Assist in preparing reports in Excel and dashboards.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports.
