VAM Systems in the UAE is seeking a Customer Experience Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on collecting department requirements, analyzing data, and preparing trend reports for the Customer Experience Department.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI), with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. This is a full-time on-site position with a two week to one month joining window.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze department requirements and prepare trend analysis reports from all monitoring activities within the Customer Experience Department.

• Ensure timely submission of required reports.
