Job summary

Reef Al Fujairah City in the UAE is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support business data needs and maintain data architecture. You will work with stakeholders to deliver timely analyses and build meaningful insights to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, creating segmentation models, designing dashboards, and reporting on performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL programming language.
• Experience in database management systems such as Oracle or MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as predictive analytics or machine learning.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior using statistical methods to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Identify relevant customer segments for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain data models to support customer segmentation strategies.
• Design reporting dashboards that enable easy access to key information.
