You will walk through each unit with the buyer to verify doors, windows, and taps, then document repairs and hand over keys, gifts, and parking cards.

Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential, with stamina for long days on active construction sites.

• Strong customer service skills; hospitality or retail experience helps.
• Physical energy to stand and walk in dusty construction areas daily.

Responsibilities

• Walk through new flats with buyers to check doors, windows and taps.
• Record repairs on a digital checklist and send to construction team.
• Provide final apartment keys, welcome gifts and parking cards to owners.
• Coordinate with maintenance to fix issues before handover.

Daily Property Tasks:

• Walk through the new flat with the buyer to check all wooden doors, glass windows, and bathroom water taps.
• Write down any repair work needed on a digital tablet checklist and send it to the construction team.
• Give the final apartment keys, welcome gifts, and building parking cards to the happy family.
• Call the maintenance workers quickly to fix small paint issues or broken lights before the owner gets upset.

Rules for Selection:

• Eye for Detail: You must be able to notice tiny problems like crooked cabinet doors or bad smells coming from the AC.
• Customer Service: Past experience working as a hotel receptionist or retail shop assistant is very helpful because you know how to talk respectfully.
• Physical Energy: You must be physically fit to stand for long hours and walk across large, dusty construction areas every day.
