Job summary

Responsibilities include handling inquiries and issues promptly, guiding customers through products, processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with pharmacists and staff. English is essential; Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred; multiple shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal English communication; Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Professional attitude and ability to work on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions, and order processing.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor and guide them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, store teams, and internal departments to address needs and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards at all times.
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays; one scheduled day off per week.
