Responsibilities

• Be part of the Telemarketing activities during campaigns.
• Provide efficient and courteous handling of present customers or over the phone, including information, service booking and guidance.
• Welcome service customers warmly, seat them, and keep them comfortable until attended by the Service Advisor.
• Direct customers to the relevant advisor; follow up with customers for feedback on their visits to ATM.
• Arrange for customers to be attended to quickly to reduce waiting time and enhance satisfaction.
• Support the reception in managing courtesy vehicles.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area and maintain housekeeping standards to reflect a professional corporate image.
