Job summary

Kokio Kitchens/Closets in Dubai is seeking a client-focused Interior Design Sales Specialist to translate lifestyle needs into functional, beautiful kitchen and closet solutions.

Develop 3D renderings and design proposals, conduct in-home consultations, precisely measure spaces, identify structural considerations, and manage the full sales cycle from needs assessment through to closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and design within the custom kitchen/closet industry.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design, Cabinet Vision) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences for kitchens and closets, translating these into functional design solutions.
• Develop 3D renderings and detailed design proposals showcasing layouts, materials, and hardware options.
• Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments to measure spaces and identify structural or technical considerations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment through proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing.
