Job summary

Evotym is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead operational teams in a crypto-focused environment. You will drive organizational effectiveness and help scale the business by uniting Product, Engineering and Operations in cross-functional initiatives.

As COO, you will oversee Product Operations, Revenue Operations, and Operational Excellence, build leaders across 50+ staff, and translate strategy into actionable projects and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience in a blockchain-native or digital-assets company.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain products, infrastructure and transaction flows.
• Experience managing multiple teams (50+ people) and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency, execution and business performance.
• Experience leading projects across Product, Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Operational Excellence, Support, and strategic initiatives.
• Improve structures, ownership, KPIs, and team performance.
• Translate product and technology decisions into scalable operational processes.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering on automation, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Develop strong leaders and build blockchain knowledge across operational teams.
