Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic five-year plan with the Founder and ED and implement new processes.
• Lead the internal organization as a senior executive and align teams with strategy.
• Coordinate annual operations plan and budget; manage performance metrics.
• Provide day-to-day leadership across staff and bridge national/regional operations.
• Direct VP-level teams: Site Development, Revenue growth, Programs, and Finance/HR/Tech.
