Job summary

DMC is seeking a CRM Department Manager in the UAE to lead a high-performing team focused on customer retention, engagement, and value optimization for FX and CFD clients. You will drive CRM strategy, lifecycle programs, and lifecycle optimization across UK/European markets.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM with leadership experience in Forex/CFD, strong CRM platform skills, data governance, and excellent English communication. Salary up to AED 20,000 with visa and health insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of CRM experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within Forex/CFD.
• Experience with UK/European markets and cross-functional CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, segmentation, campaigns, and data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Advanced MS Excel and BI/reporting tool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a CRM Specialists team to achieve KPIs.
• Oversee CRM campaigns, client communications, lifecycle programs, and engagement.
• Manage CRM system configuration, workflows, integrations, maintenance, and performance.
• Provide data-driven insights, KPI analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
