Job summary

Decision Management Consultants is recruiting a CRM Department Manager for a leading FX broker based in Dubai. The role focuses on leading the CRM team, developing strategies for retention, engagement, and long-term client value, and ensuring smooth CRM system operations.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align CRM activities with business targets, manage data governance, and drive measurable growth in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of CRM experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within Forex/ CFD industry.
• Experience working with the UK and European markets.
• Proven experience managing CRM teams and leading cross-functional CRM projects.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, workflow configuration, customer segmentation, campaign management, and data handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM Specialists to ensure high performance and KPI achievement.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies that support retention, engagement, reactivation, and long-term client value.
• Oversee CRM campaigns, client communication flows, engagement initiatives, and lifecycle programs.
• Manage CRM system configuration, workflows, integrations, upgrades, and daily platform performance.
