Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking a CRM Sales Consultant to manage online leads, schedule showroom visits, and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.

You will ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer communication to drive digital sales targets and KPIs while increasing showroom traffic and overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in Banking Tele Sales.
• Proficient in Excel with ability to manage data and reports.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and contact Online leads and schedule showroom visits.
• Ensure prospects are contacted within the agreed SLA with management.
• Convince leads to visit Nissan Showrooms in Dubai or Northern Emirates per Nissan guidelines and campaigns.
• Set an appointment for the customer with the Sales Consultant.
• Transfer leads to the Sales Consultant once an appointment is fixed.
• Schedule appointments in the Sales Consultant Outlook calendar for visits/test drives.
• Work closely with the Sales team and follow up on customer showroom visits.
• Follow up with the Sales Consultant on lead status.
• Increase customer visits to the showroom.
• Prospect existing data via calls and online platforms (emails, SMS).
• Convert digital call leads to showroom traffic and sales.
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction with the Nissan experience.
• Follow up on un-converted leads for future prospecting.
• Reduce invalid leads ratio against total leads.
• Work with branch/sales managers while forecasting total digital sales for the month.
• Achieve target conversions set by management for digital conversions.
• Meet quarterly non-financial KPIs.

The CRM Sales Consultant manages online leads, schedules showroom visits, and works with the sales team to convert leads into sales. They ensure timely follow-ups, maintain customer communication, and focus on improving lead quality while achieving digital sales targets and KPIs. Their role helps increase showroom traffic and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job responsibilities

• Receive and contact each Online leads from salesforce.com
• Ensure prospects are contacted within the agreed SLA with management.
• Convince each and every lead to visit Nissan Showrooms in either Dubai or Northern Emirates in accordance with the Nissan guideline and campaigns.
• To set an appointment of customer with the Sales Consultant.
• To transfer leads to the Sales Consultant appointment has been fixed with.
• Schedule appointments in Sales Consultant outlook calendar for visit/test drives etc
• To work closely with Sales team and follow up upon the visit of the customer to the showroom.
• Follow up with Sales Consultant on the status of the lead.
• To increase customer visits to the showroom.
• Prospecting existing data through calls and online platforms (emails, SMS)
• Convert digital call leads to showroom traffic and to sales.
• Follow up with leads to ensure customer is left happy with his/her experience with Nissan.
• To follow-up on un-converted leads and stay in touch with customer for future prospecting.
• To reduce In-Valid leads ration against the total leads received.
• To work closely with branch / sales managers while forecasting total digital sales for the month.
• To achieve the target ser by management for Digital Conversions.
• To achieve quarterly non-financial KPI’s.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree

Work Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in Banking Tele Sales

Competencies

• Must have good Excel skills

Languages

• Must be very proficient in English
• Arabic is a plus
