Job summary

Bahri is seeking a Crew Welfare Administrator to support welfare programs across the fleet, serving as the frontline contact for routine welfare matters and maintaining records. You will assist in addressing seafarer concerns, collecting feedback, and contributing to wellbeing and engagement aboard ships.

The role involves coordinating welfare communications, surveys, and awareness materials, while working closely with shore-based departments to ensure timely responses and effective welfare

Qualifications

• University degree in related field or equivalent.
• Maritime industry experience is advantageous.
• Relevant certification in HR, employee relations, counselling, employee wellbeing, or a related field is desirable.
• Maritime welfare, Digital communication and crew management training would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support welfare initiatives across the fleet and assist in program implementation.
• Maintain welfare records, case files, and related correspondence.
• Assist seafarers with routine welfare inquiries and follow up on cases.
• Coordinate welfare documentation and ensure timely follow-up of assigned cases.
• Promote onboard welfare activities and engage shipboard personnel.
