Job summary

Shamal Holding, the parent company behind Five Guys in Dubai, is seeking a Crew Member for the Mirdif City Center store to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be trained across positions including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Cashier and Prep, follow brand standards, and work as part of a team to meet service targets and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service in a clean, safe environment and refer complex queries to managers.
• Adhere to Five Guys brand standards and complete Five Guys University courses when applicable.
• Be aware of restaurant goals and contribute to achieving them.
• Maintain operating and kitchen areas, restock workstations, and keep restrooms and terraces clean.
• Follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Operate the cash register accurately and safeguard company assets.
• Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties.
• Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by management.

This role falls under our Five Guys umbrella As our Five Guys team continues to grow we re in search of a Crew Member for our Mirdif City Center Store

In this role you will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time Crew Members will be trained in different positions in the restaurant Some of these areas may include Grill Fries Hospitality Expo Cashier Preparation Buns and Dressings

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment and attempt to resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult customer queries to Managers
• Adhere to brand standards at all times and keeping up to date with Five Guys University courses
• Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant and actively input efforts to achieve these
• Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness and comfort including restocking of workstations upkeep of restroom and terrace areas and any other daily cleaning tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
• Follow basic essentials - uniforms grooming and punctuality and strictly follow all food safety sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices
• Use the company cash register accurately and maintains proper control of company assets
• Works as a team member to support other restaurant employees with their duties
• Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or on a similar role, excellent customer service
