Job summary

Shamal Holding, operating under the Five Guys umbrella, is seeking a Crew Member for the Al Jada, Sharjah branch to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Crewmembers will be trained in multiple positions across the restaurant, including grill, fries, hospitality, expo, cashier, and prep.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of service crew experience, with a strong emphasis on customer service, cleanliness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or similar role, with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment.
• Adhere to brand standards and Five Guys University courses.
• Aim to achieve restaurant goals and targets.
• Maintain cleanliness of operations and kitchen areas, restocking workstations and restrooms.
• Follow basic food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements.
• Work as a team member to support other restaurant employees and manage tasks assigned by management.
