Job summary

EMT in Dubai is seeking a diligent Credit Controller / Collections Specialist to manage receivables, ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt exposure. You will maintain healthy cash flow and collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, high accuracy, and experience with ERP/Accounting software. UAE labor law benefits included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue balances and initiate collection activities.
• Contact clients via phone, email and written correspondence to follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
• Reconcile accounts and allocate incoming payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications related to collections.
