Job summary

Jotun Abu Dhabi Ltd. is seeking a Credit Control Executive to monitor payments and coordinate with sales to minimize financial risk and maintain healthy cash flow.

The role reports to the Credit Control Manager and is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, up to 3 years in relevant finance roles, and is proficient in Excel with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or similar finance role, preferably in manufacturing/multinational company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills for overdue payments and credit matters.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer payments and follow up with customers and sales team to reduce overdue balances and ensure timely collection.
• Review customer credit limits, payment history, and financial information to reduce bad debts risk.
• Organize monthly credit meetings with sales team and follow up on agreed payment actions.
• Prepare accurate credit reports, receivable confirmations, and documents to support decisions and legal recovery when needed.
• Review and approve release of orders on credit hold in line with Jotun's policy and terms.
