Jotun Abu Dhabi Ltd. is seeking a Credit Control Executive to monitor payments, coordinate with sales, and minimize financial risk. The role involves reviewing credit limits, preparing reports, and guiding collections in line with our policy.
The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and have up to three years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and fluent English. Arabic is an advantage; the position is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As a Credit Control Executive, you will support credit control by monitoring customer payments, following up on outstanding balances, and working closely with the sales team to reduce financial risk and maintain a healthy cash flow. This position reports to the Credit Control Manager and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities: Monitor customer payments and follow up with customers and the sales team to reduce overdue balances and ensure timely collection. Review customer credit limits, payment history, and financial information to reduce the risk of bad debts. Organize monthly credit meetings with the sales team and follow up on agreed customer payment and settlement actions. Prepare accurate credit reports, account receivable confirmations, and required documents to support management decisions and legal recovery when needed. Review and approve the release of orders on credit hold in line with Jotun’s credit policy and agreed customer credit terms.
We are looking for a candidate who: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Has at least up to 3 years of experience in Accounting, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company. Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Has good negotiation and problem-solving skills, especially when handling overdue payments and customer credit matters. Is fluent in English, with good written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
