Job summary

Aramex UAE is seeking a Credit Officer to manage customer collections, monitor balances, and coordinate with sales to resolve payment issues. You will support a team in meeting monthly collection targets and handle challenging accounts to reduce bad debt.

The role emphasizes collaboration, communication, and analytical problem solving within a fast-paced logistics environment. A driving license and MS Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in collections or credit role.
• Computer literacy and proficient in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with Accounting principles is a plus.
• Valid driving license.

Responsibilities

• Review daily sales activity and follow up on collections.
• Proactively address collection challenges to prevent overdue accounts.
• Escalate problematic customer cases to the sales team and track progress.
• Support executives in achieving monthly collection targets.
• Manage and collect payments on challenging accounts to reduce bad debt.
• Collaborate with sales to resolve disputes and issue amendments.
• Share bad debt provision estimates with the sales team.
• Coordinate client visits with the sales team as needed.
