ABOUT THE ROLE

Âme Studio, a bespoke luxury floral and creative studio in Dubai, is looking for a talented, design-driven Creative Studio Manager to oversee studio operations while contributing to creative direction, concept development, floral styling, and bespoke events.

A STRONG CREATIVE AND DESIGN BACKGROUND IS A MUST. We are looking for someone with a refined creative eye who can develop original concepts and bring ideas to life, not simply manage daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and design proposals.
• Oversee floral styling, bespoke gifting, and event concepts.
• Manage daily studio operations, projects, and workflows.
• Lead and coordinate the creative team.
• Handle client relationships, suppliers, and project execution.
• Maintain exceptional creative and quality standards.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT
