Job summary

You will select and condition flowers, manage inventory, and supervise preparation and styling while collaborating with clients and the internal team to interpret briefs and develop mood boards.

You will oversee on-site setup and breakdown for events, guide junior team members, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and support vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in floral design, bouquet composition, and event floristry.
• Experience in flower sourcing, conditioning, and care.
• Client-facing experience translating concepts into designs and managing special requests.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple orders and events.
• Leadership ability to mentor junior florists and uphold studio standards.
