Job summary

Huda Beauty is seeking a Social & Digital Design Manager to lead the creation of social-first content and assets, from concept to final execution. You will own design direction for Paid Media and ensure assets align with brand messaging.

Collaborating with social, production and performance teams, you will adapt campaigns for platform specifics, stay ahead of design trends, and use AI tools to boost efficiency while preserving brand aesthetic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social/digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and motion tools After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Experience using AI tools for image generation and workflow integration.
• Strong motion graphics and short-form video content creation for social platforms.
• Understanding of paid media formats across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Execute social-first content across platforms and adapt paid media assets.
• Develop static and motion graphics and short-form animated content.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation while maintaining on-brand POV.
• Collaborate with social, performance marketing, and production teams.
• Ensure assets follow brand guidelines and are on-brand before approval.
