Huda Beauty seeks a Global Press Director to define and elevate the brand’s global public relations strategy, shaping earned media, culture, and storytelling moments across markets. This leader will strengthen brand equity, protect reputation, and drive cultural relevance through world‑class communications.

The role requires a visionary PR strategist with broad global media expertise, a robust industry network, and a proven ability to craft narratives that influence brand perception worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Proven success leading large-scale global PR campaigns.
• Deep understanding of classic and digital media landscapes.
• Established global network of editors, journalists, creators, and talent reps.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the global PR strategy to strengthen brand visibility, desirability, and authority.
• Lead PR for major product launches, brand milestones, founder initiatives, and purpose-driven campaigns.
• Architect global storytelling initiatives that strengthen brand values around innovation, inclusivity, and ethics.
• Represent Huda Beauty in high-level communications, including founder media preparation, interviews, messaging, and press opportunities.
• Partner with internal communications to ensure internal narratives align with external brand storytelling.
