OceanWave Maritime is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our bakery team in El-Ain, India. You will create pastries, cakes, and other desserts, developing visually appealing items while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities include decorating, inventory support, and collaborating with chefs on new menu items. Fluency in Hindi is required, with English as a plus; a culinary degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and other desserts according to recipes or client requests.
• Decorate and present pastries in an attractive manner.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, used, and rotated to maintain freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Train new pastry team members on techniques and recipes.
• Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu items or seasonal specials.
