Job summary

India Abroad Publications Inc. in El-Ain UAE is seeking a Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, bake and decorate a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, mousses and tarts, while also creating new recipes and refining existing ones.

Qualifications

• Professional culinary diploma or certificate from an accredited school.
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a pastry chef.
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment and presentation techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and decorate a variety of sweet and savoury pastries, cakes, mousses, tarts and other desserts.
• Create new recipes as well as working with existing ones.
