Job summary

Frozen Cafe in Ajman is seeking an experienced beverage specialist to craft mocktails, mix beverages, and deliver outstanding guest service. You’ll work on a busy beverage station, designing signature drinks and maintaining high hygiene standards in a friendly team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare original mocktails and mixed drinks
• Prepare drinks to a high standard using recipes and your own creations
• Garnish, present, and introduce drinks to customers
• Operate beverage equipment (blenders, juicers) correctly and safely
• Take and process beverage orders, update POS accurately
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to manage orders and timing
• Upsell drinks based on customer preferences and promotions

What You'll Do

• Design and develop original, signature non‑alcoholic drinks — mocktails, juices, and mixed beverages
• Prepare drinks to a consistent, high standard using your own and existing recipes
• Experiment with flavor combinations, garnishing, and presentation to keep the menu fresh and distinctive
• Operate and maintain blenders, juicers, and other beverage equipment correctly
• Recommend drinks and upsell based on customer preference
• Take and enter beverage orders accurately into the POS system
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all beverage equipment throughout the shift
• Track fruit, syrups, garnishes, and other beverage stock, and report shortages
• Assist with opening/closing procedures for the beverage station
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety procedures at all times
• Coordinate closely with waiters, kitchen, and management on orders and timing
• Support cashier duties when trained and requested
• Maintain professional, friendly interaction with customers
• Handle all equipment carefully and report any damage or malfunction
• Follow Company uniform and grooming standards

• Genuinely experienced preparing mocktails and mixed drinks — please do not apply without hands‑on experience
• A real creative streak — someone who enjoys inventing new drinks, not just following a fixed menu
• Strong knowledge of flavor pairing, garnishing, and presentation
• Meticulous, consistent, and hygiene‑focused
• Friendly, polite, presentable, and customer‑focused
• Reliable, honest, hardworking, and a strong team player
• Able to work under pressure during busy shifts
• Fluent in English

Requirements

• Must hold your own valid UAE visa
• Previous mocktail/mixology experience required
• A portfolio, photos, or examples of original drinks you've created is a strong plus
• Physically able to stand and work at the beverage station for extended periods

• Salary: AED 2,500–3,000/month, based on experience
