Jumeirah Al Qasr in Dubai is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join the luxury hospitality team from September 2026. You will craft top-quality drinks and uphold brand standards across a high-end setting. Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in a Mixologist role with standalone or branded restaurants.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a relevant field.
• Additional Beverage Certificates are an advantage.
• Additional languages (e.g., Russian, Spanish, French, Italian) are an advantage.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Confident in handling complaints of various severity.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high standard of customer service by consistently delivering top-quality drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, set up the bar correctly before service, and uphold cleanliness standards to create a welcoming environment.
• Stay informed about local and international bar trends and new products, while being well-versed in classic cocktails and innovative drinks.
• Provide dedicated training to staff, sharing knowledge of product portfolios and brand standards.
• Assist the bar manager in stock management, including ordering, returns, and conducting stock takes.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the brand concept, history, and vision, and effectively communicate these aspects when required.
• Support the implementation of brand audits and promptly address any identified issues.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in a Mixologist role with standalone/branded restaurants.
• Bachelor’s Degree of Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned University
• Additional Beverage Certificates are an advantage
• Additional Language (like for example Russian, Spanish, French, Italian...) is an advantage
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.
