• 7 years in creative, including 2 leading teams in agency environments.
• Mentor and builder of strong, collaborative creative cultures.
• Storyteller with sharp instincts and deep platform fluency (TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.).
• Bias toward bold, breakthrough ideas and cultural relevance.
