Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking a skilled Florist to join our team. You will design stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events and daily orders while offering personalized recommendations to clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of florist experience, a creative eye for colors and styles, excellent customer service, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced studio environment. Knowledge of different flower types and delivery coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of florist experience.
• Creative flair with knowledge of flower types, colors and arrangements.
• Excellent customer service skills and client communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
• Must have own visa or be willing to transfer sponsorship immediately.

Responsibilities

• Create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and events.
• Work with clients to understand preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Ensure arrangements are prepared to quality standards and delivered on time.
