Job summary

ConFlip in Sharjah is seeking a creative Floral Designer to build stunning arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions. You will work with clients to understand their wishes and translate them into beautiful bouquets and displays.

The role requires knowledge of flowers and care, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Preference may be given to candidates with relevant experience; salary is negotiable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
• Knowledge of different flowers, plants, and care techniques.
• Creativity and artistic ability to design unique arrangements.
• Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and preferences.
• Strong customer service skills to handle issues professionally.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for budgeting.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and other occasions according to client's requests and preferences.
• Design and maintain displays in the shop to attract customers.
• Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Work within budget constraints while maintaining high quality standards.
• Arrange delivery of orders to clients’ desired location.
• Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design.
