Job summary

ConFlip in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Florist to join our shop team. You will design fresh bouquets, assist customers, and process orders in person or through our online system.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of floristry experience, knowledge of local flower varieties, and excellent customer service skills. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus. The role is full-time and based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in floristry.
• Proven ability to design high-quality floral arrangements.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of local flower varieties and availability.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Designing floral bouquets, arrangements, and other displays.
• Handling incoming orders from customers over phone or online systems.
• Processing orders quickly and accurately.
• Advising customers on the most suitable flowers for their needs.
• Providing advice on flower care and handling.
• Ordering supplies from suppliers as needed.
• Maintaining the shop’s display area clean and tidy.
