Confidential is seeking a creative, passionate Florist to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on crafting beautiful arrangements while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include creating bouquets and centerpieces, assisting customers with selections, processing orders for various occasions, and maintaining a tidy shop. Prior florist experience is preferred, with a strong eye for color, balance, and detail.

Qualifications

• Experience as florist or in floral design is preferred.
• Strong creativity and eye for color and balance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Create fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, and custom designs.
• Prepare flowers by cutting, conditioning, and maintaining them.
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on needs and budget.
• Take and prepare orders for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, events, and other occasions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive flower shop.
• Monitor flower and supply inventory and minimize waste.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
