The role requires at least two years of professional florist experience, a creative design eye, and strong customer service skills. You will source quality blooms, maintain freshness, manage orders, and collaborate with colleagues during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist in a professional setting.
• Strong eye for design and knowledge of different flower varieties.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements according to clients' preferences and event themes.
• Source high-quality flowers from vendors.
• Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by properly handling and arranging them.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs.
• Ensure that all orders are completed on time with attention to detail.
• Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas for arrangements.
