Job summary

JobLeader in Abu Dhabi UAE is seeking a qualified Florist to join our team. The role involves creating beautiful flower arrangements, assisting customers in selecting bouquets, and maintaining fresh flowers and displays. Familiarity with Floral Design Studio is preferred and weekend availability is expected.

We welcome foreign applicants and offer a salary of 1,300 AED per month. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a passion for floral design.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Florist or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Creative flair for designing flower arrangements.
• Knowledge of floral design software such as Floral Design Studio; willingness to learn is fine.
• Ability to work on weekends/holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Design and create beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Create attractive displays in the shop window to attract customers.
• Ensure flowers and plants are kept fresh and cared for according to guidelines.
• Manage inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining the shop floor and cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries promptly.
