The role requires a creative eye, strong presentation skills, and experience in sourcing flowers. You will manage orders, arrange bouquets and centerpieces, and ensure impeccable service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
• Creative eye for design with knowledge of different flower types, colors, textures, and arrangement techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in purchasing flowers and supplies from suppliers preferred.
• Knowledge of proper care techniques for flowers to ensure longevity of arrangements.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences.
• Create unique and visually appealing floral designs based on client requests and event themes.
• Order and purchase necessary flowers, plants, and supplies to fulfill orders.
• Carefully arrange cut flowers and greenery into bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other arrangements.
• Set up arrangements at event venues and ensure they are properly secured.
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner and handling any issues or concerns professionally.
