Job Title: Content Project Coordinator (UAE National)

The role focuses on coordinating content projects from planning to launch, ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams including Editorial, Creative, Merchandising, WebOps, and Technology. Candidates should be detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate editorial, campaign, and promotional content from planning to rollout
• Act as a central link between content, editorial, promotion, and technology teams
• Support campaign readiness through timelines, checklists, and ownership tracking
• Manage cross‑team dependencies and flag risks early
• Support daily team rituals (stand‑ups, walkthroughs, retrospectives)
• Maintain project tracking tools such as Jira
• Facilitate smooth feature releases and content launches with WebOps & Tech
• Support performance tracking and basic reporting after launch

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑commerce, Project Management, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or operations
