Job summary

F-Technologies seeks a Creative Director with a video-first background to lead a small studio that turns archive footage into official films and generates 3–4 breakthrough concepts monthly. You will also direct design for apps, websites and dashboards, needing strong product and UX literacy.

Native Arabic speaker with excellent Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf tone, plus strong English. The role reports to the CMO from Dubai and offers an AI-native tool stack in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in video-first creative work in production studios, post houses, broadcasters or creator-led studios.
• Leadership of creative teams (3+ people) with delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Hands-on use of AI video, image and writing tools with critical judgment on their limits.
• Strong English; native Arabic speaker with excellent Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf tone.

Responsibilities

• Lead breakthroughs: deliver 3–4 original concepts monthly from archive footage.
• Oversee studio operations: calendar, pacing, and approvals with confidentiality.
• Direct Product Designer on apps, websites and dashboards; ensure bilingual design system.
• Lead 3 team members and a freelance roster; report to CMO on output and performance.
