Job summary

SOCIALEYEZ is seeking a Senior Video Editor / Conceptualizer in Dubai to lead delivering high-impact video content across commercials, branded content, and social platforms. The role blends advanced editing with creative concepting and AI-enabled storytelling.

You will manage end-to-end post-production, adapt content for multiple formats, and collaborate with directors, designers, and clients to ensure on-brand results under tight deadlines. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional video-editing experience.
• Expertise in storytelling, pacing, music, and sound design.
• Strong knowledge of post-production formats, codecs, and delivery specs.
• Proficient with AI image/video generation tools and prompt craft.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit commercials, branded content, corporate films, and social media videos.
• Create strong narratives through pacing, music, sound design, transitions, and visual flow.
• Handle the full post-production process, from footage selection and rough cuts to final delivery.
• Adapt content into different formats and durations for digital and social platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and visual treatments based on client briefs.
• Present ideas through mood boards, storyboards, references, and AI-generated visuals.
• Use generative AI to create images, videos, voiceovers, storyboards, and concept references.
• Maintain consistency across AI-generated characters, environments, lighting, and scenes.
• Collaborate with creative directors, filmmakers, designers, and account teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional video-editing experience, preferably within a creative agency or production house.
• Strong knowledge of editing techniques, visual storytelling, pacing, music selection, and sound design.
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows, formats, codecs, and final delivery specifications.
• Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to transform briefs into original creative ideas.
• Excellent eye for composition, typography, rhythm, continuity, and visual details.
• Hands-on experience with AI image, video, voice, and content-generation tools.
• Strong prompt-writing skills for cinematic and commercial content.
• Ability to maintain visual and character consistency across AI-generated scenes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing, conceptual, and AI-generated work.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
