Job summary

F-Technologies LLC in Dubai seeks a Creative Director with a video-first background to lead a small studio, turning archive footage into official films and creating 3–4 breakthrough concepts monthly for social media. You will also guide product and UX design for apps, websites and dashboards, combining campaign sense with product literacy.

You must lead a team, edit in Premiere Pro/After Effects, and work in a bilingual Arabic/English environment while maintaining high standards for narration,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in video-first creative work (production studio, post‑house, broadcaster, or creator studio).
• Started as editor/director/motion designer and can still fix a cut.
• A reel of formats that travelled on social media with results.
• Directed or worked on digital products (apps/webs) and comfortable with Figma.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 3–4 breakthrough concepts each month from archive footage and photos.
• Lead two tracks: official calendar delivery and breakthrough work on protected days; ensure timely outputs.
• Review cuts for story, pace, hook, music, and Arabic typography.
• Own the AI workflow: tools, prompts, style models, and trustful usage rights.
• Direct the Product Designer for apps, web, and dashboards; oversee bilingual design system.
