Job summary

Amazon Brand Innovation Lab is seeking a talented Conceptual Creative (Art Director) to craft one-of-a-kind campaigns for brands across the MENA region and for MENA brands marketing in the UK and US. You will lead projects and own client relationships from brief to execution, blending concept and execution to deliver customer-focused experiences across on- and off-Amazon touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Eight years of driving creative strategy and execution in an agency or in-house team.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Experience leading creative development from concept to delivery.
• Experience presenting concepts to senior executives.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Concept design (art) and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands.
• Partner with copywriters designers program managers developers strategists and producers to create customer-focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.
• Independently lead campaigns from brief to execution and collaborate with internal teams clients and external agency partners.
• Obsessed with understanding customers and delivering both innovation and results.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients agencies and internally.
• Proven ability to ideate for film, print, digital out-of-home experiential and social.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once within budget and deadlines.
• Be proactive in developing new products and ideas on behalf of the customer.
