Job summary

ConFlip in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare meals according to the menu, create dishes, and ensure timely service while maintaining high cleanliness and food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has proven chef experience, strong cooking knowledge, and the ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment; you will communicate effectively with customers and staff to deliver quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar setting.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work long hours under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to the menu
• Create new recipes and dishes
• Ensure all food is cooked and served on time
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Ensure proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise
