Job summary

Hlthera is seeking a Creative & Content Specialist intern to bring the brand to life through thoughtful visuals and engaging social content. You will work on reels, video and motion graphics to shape how people experience Hlthera online, collaborating with leadership to craft memorable expressions of health and care.

You’ll contribute across design, video and motion, turning concepts into finished creative work while ensuring consistency and a distinctive Hlthera voice across platforms.

As a Creative & Content Specialist intern, you’ll help bring Hlthera to life through thoughtful, distinctive content. From visual design and social content to reels, video and motion graphics, your work will help shape how people experience our brand.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, bringing ideas to life with creativity, craft and attention to detail.

What you’ll do

• Create distinctive visual content that brings Hlthera to life across digital and social channels.
• Design engaging social content and creative assets.
• Create and edit short-form video, reels and motion graphics.
• Turn ideas and messages into beautifully executed creative work.
• Contribute creative thinking to campaigns and key moments.
• Help ensure every expression of Hlthera feels considered, consistent and recognisable.

What we’re looking for

We care less about fitting a conventional mould and more about what you can create.

You have a strong visual eye and understand what makes people stop, watch and remember. You can take an idea and turn it into something beautifully executed.

You’re comfortable across design, video and motion, with an understanding of how great creative work translates across digital and social platforms.

You take ownership, care deeply about the details and know the difference between something that is finished and something that is simply done.

Experience in content creation, graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, social media or a related creative field is valuable. More importantly, your portfolio should show us what you can do.
