Qualifications

• Proficiency with professional video equipment and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute video shoots for corporate content, social media, events, testimonials, and promotions.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio gear; manage on-site logistics.
• Scout locations and coordinate shoot logistics and permits as needed.
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and live event coverage when required.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve; perform color grading and audio mixing.
• Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website).
• Organize and maintain video archives and media assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on story concepts and storyboards; ensure brand alignment.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that communicates our brand story and engages our target audience. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong portfolio, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Filming

• Plan and execute video shoots for a wide range of content including corporate videos, social media content, event coverage, testimonials, and promotional campaigns


• Operate professional camera equipment, lighting rigs, and audio gear with confidence


• Scout locations and coordinate logistics for shoots


• Capture behind-the-scenes, interviews, and live event footage as required

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into polished, publish-ready videos using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)


• Perform color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and on-screen text integration


• Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, presentations)


• Manage and organize video archives and media assets

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to develop concepts and storyboards


• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content strategies


• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity


• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high production standards

Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Videography, Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field (preferred)


• Minimum 2 years of professional videography experience (preferred)


• Strong, demonstrable portfolio of video work across different formats and styles

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment


• Expert-level editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve


• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools is a plus


• Understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and sound design


• Experience shooting for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
