Job summary

REAPHR in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join our site team. You will safely operate cranes for lifting, loading and positioning materials in ADNOC and CIPA project environments, following lifting plans and site safety rules.

The role requires 1-3 years of hands-on crane operation, valid license/certification, and a solid understanding of HSE standards. You will conduct pre-operation inspections, coordinate with banksman and riggers, and maintain equipment records on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or oil & gas.
• Knowledge of safety standards ADNOC and CIPA.
• Strong understanding of HSE and lifting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes safely and efficiently according to lifting plans and site rules.
• Perform lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily crane inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues.
• Check lifting gear (slings, shackles, hooks) before use.
• Coordinate with banksman/signalman, riggers, and site supervisors during lifts.
