Job summary

redfordrecruiters is seeking an experienced Crane Operator for ADNOC and CICPA project sites in Abu Dhabi. The role involves safe crane operation, lifting, unloading, and precise positioning of materials in line with lifting plans and site requirements.

Candidates must have proven crane operation experience in construction or oil & gas, and hold a valid crane operator license. Strong HSE knowledge and teamwork skills are essential; overtime and flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator in construction or oil & gas projects.
• ADNOC and CICPA project/site experience preferred.
• Valid Crane Operator license/certification as required.
• Good knowledge of crane operations, lifting procedures, load charts, and rigging practices.
• Strong understanding of HSE and ADNOC safety requirements.
• Ability to perform pre-operation inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily crane inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues
• Check lifting equipment slings shackles hooks and other accessories before use
• Follow approved lifting plans load charts and safe working load limits
• Coordinate with banks man signalman riggers and site supervisors during lifting operations
• Ensure proper crane positioning stability and safe working radius
• Maintain safe clearance from personnel structures power lines and other equipment
• Maintain proper housekeeping and complete required equipment records
